Hey, I'm Lindsay! In 2017, I escaped my 20-year abusive marriage with six kids in tow. But my journey beyond survival mode started many years before my high-conflict divorce—I quit drinking, sought community and support from other women, grew a backbone, learned the value of my own worth, and learned to recognize abuse for what it was.
I have been where you are. I went from a woman who felt helpless, hopeless, and powerless to change my circumstances, to a woman empowered to thrive in caring for myself and my children; facilitating my own healing, and acting decisively to rebuild my life with freedom, stability, and fulfillment.
